Terms of Service

Effective October 19, 2026 · Growmetry LLC (“Airbreed”, “we”)

1. Who we are and these terms

Airbreed is operated by Growmetry LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to airbreed.com, the Airbreed dashboard at dashboard.airbreed.com and our API (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent (“you”). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Airbreed compiles business information that dog breeders publish on public websites - such as business name, city, state, listings and the contact phone number they publish - into a searchable directory, and gives you tools to organise your outreach (statuses, notes, follow-ups, reports). The Service is for business use only; it is not offered to consumers.

The directory is built from public sources and changes constantly. We work to keep it accurate, but we don't guarantee that any listing, number or detail is complete, current or correct, or that a breeder will respond to you.

3. Accounts and workspaces

• You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for everything done under your account and your workspace.
• Workspace owners decide who joins their workspace and what each person can do. Each person needs their own login - don't share accounts.
• We may approve or decline new workspaces, and we may suspend access if we see misuse, a security risk or non-payment.

4. Plans, numbers and free trials

• Your plan includes a number of new breeder phone numbers per billing period and may include a daily ceiling. A number counts once when your team first unlocks it; numbers your team already has can be viewed again at no cost.
• Unused numbers do not carry over to the next period. Extra numbers or a higher daily ceiling can be added for an additional fee or at our discretion.
• A free trial includes a limited number of numbers and/or days. When either runs out, the workspace pauses until you choose a paid plan. We may change or end trial offers at any time.

5. Billing, renewal and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Taxes may apply.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings > Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
• If a payment fails, we'll let you know and retry. If it isn't resolved within 7 days, access to the workspace may be paused until payment is made.
• We may change our prices. We'll tell you in advance before a new price applies to your subscription; if you don't agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. How you may use the data - your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your outreach and for complying with every law that applies to it, including, where applicable, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule and the National Do Not Call Registry, the CAN-SPAM Act, and state telemarketing, texting and privacy laws. In particular you agree to:

• contact breeders only for legitimate business purposes, in a professional way, and stop contacting anyone who asks you to;
• get any consent the law requires before sending automated or marketing texts or calls;
• not resell, publish, share or give the data to anyone outside your workspace, or use it to build a competing product;
• not copy the directory in bulk, scrape, crawl or automate access to the Service except through the API features we provide, and not try to get around plan limits;
• not use the Service to harass, mislead or harm anyone, or for any unlawful purpose.

7. Breeders and removal requests

If you are a breeder and want your business removed from Airbreed or your details corrected, email support@airbreed.com and we'll handle it promptly.

8. Our property

The Service, its software, design and the way the directory is compiled and organised belong to Growmetry LLC. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes while your subscription is active. Your notes, statuses and the numbers you add yourself remain yours.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the data, don't pay, or if required by law. If we end the Service for reasons other than your breach, we'll refund any prepaid fees for the unused part of the period.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of the data. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Growmetry LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Growmetry LLC against claims, fines and costs arising from your outreach, your use of the data or your breach of these Terms or the law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we'll notify you by email or in the dashboard, and you may be asked to accept the new Terms to continue using the Service.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
